When we first came across those CC accessories, we were a bit skeptical... thinking whether its worth spending a fortune for them, as all combs and brushes would likely be the same. But when I recalled those latter days of Kitty's life, daily grooming was a torture to her. Because of arthritis, combing the lower part of her body was painful to her, making her moan and groan..... This for sure if I could, I would like to avoid .
Through reading and information sharing with other parents, and luckily, with the endless love and devotion of Milk and Jetpet, we were able to possess our own CCs for the children. Will it make any difference to their lives? Let's see....
Though we must admit, that we need to further improve on our grooming skills, we are already seeing early signs of improvement:
- Goldie was able to stay put longer to be groomed and she sometimes would purr as well..
- Betty, for as long as she doesn't see the comb/brush, we can comb her for a few times. Once she sees it, she would like to bite it instead.... so still a long long way to go....
Goldie + Betty: Milk and Jetpet EE... thanks a million for your love and dedication ... you make a difference to our lives ...
Since the above video shows you how mischievous Betty was, the following should also be interesting....
Goldie: Yes, its pretty comfy ga Dada Mum... but mummy need to improve on her grooming skills.... hehe
Betty: I'm not used to it, though its better than those old combs they used..... that doll is called Freddie... he's my best friend as he never bites back.... hahaha
Goldie: All along I'm well behaved ga..... EE, your child is like Betty... she tried to run away, but she always got caught, so she used Freddie to let the "gas" out.... haha
Betty is still too young to enjoy the magic of CC. One day she will definitely see the beauty of it. Poor dolly, I hope it will not suffer much from Kitty's bite with the non-CC brush =P
Betty: thank U Janet EE... I agree with u as I'm still bony with limited short fur.... Dont worry about Freddie, I only bite him to scare Auntie and Mummy.... haha
